All services provided by DigiWolves, including SEO, paid advertising, website design, branding, and other digital solutions, are customized and involve significant time and resource investment. Therefore, once a project or service has been initiated, we do not offer full refunds.

 

Advance payments, deposits, or milestone payments made toward any project are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If you decide to discontinue a service after work has already begun, any unused portion may be considered for a partial refund at our sole discretion, based on the time and resources invested up to that point.

In the rare event that DigiWolves is unable to complete a project due to unforeseen internal issues on our end, a fair resolution will be discussed, which may include a partial refund or service credit.

 

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after project initiation

  • Lack of communication or delayed approvals from the client

  • Delayed or missed deadlines due to incomplete input or assets from the client’s side

  • Unsatisfactory results in marketing efforts, as digital performance depends on multiple external factors outside our control
